Good morning  Andrew,  Again, thank you for making wonderful memories for all our guests at my son and " very soon to be daughter in law's"  rehearsal party last night.  The pizza was wonderful!!  Service just as good!!  I can't say enough about your follow through throughout the whole planning process.  You were always available to discuss any detail with me.  I knew from the first time we spoke that this was going to be a good experience all the way through.  Many guest commented on how "delicious " the pizza was.  You added to the whole experience.  Thank you so very much.

Hi Andrew, three weeks out and we still find ourselves discussing daily what reasons we can come up with to have you back at our house to cater another party. Giordano and I have been meaning to send you a message thanking you for catering our wedding. When I think back about the wedding day, the pizza really stands out to me. It was SO delicious! I really love pizza, so maybe I'm biased, but it was definitely the best food I've ever had at a wedding! Many of our guests came up to us to tell us what a great choice we had made and how much they had enjoyed the food. We really appreciate you making the trek from Portland, and the day would not have been as perfect without Pizza by Fire as a part of it.
 

My mom and I are already plotting how we can get back to Portland to eat some more. :)

Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you again for this weekend. You and your staff were a great addition to the wedding and really provided a fun and delicious alternative to more traditional catering options. The appetizers and pizzas were of the highest quality and you truly offered something for everyone. Your willingness to speak with our guests and demonstrate your oven and cooking techniques while quickly and efficiently producing food for over one hundred people was both impressive and appreciated. We received nothing but very positive feedback from our friends and families on not only the delicious offerings coming out of the oven but also on the entertaining nature of your business. The Morrone/Morency families would like to thank you for creating some of the most delicious pizza we have ever eaten. Andrew catered our son's rehearsal dinner in the beautiful town of Newry at the gorgeous Ski-esta at the top of the mountain. So, now that we had the location we needed the food to live up to it. From the caprese skewers to the fresh salad to the most amazing pizza everything was outstanding. Even though we added 10 guests just 4 hours prior to the event Andrew handled it in a professional manner.

We never got the chance to say thank you for SUCH an amazing dinner the Friday night before our wedding-- we had the BEST time, and our guests did too. Everyone absolutely raved about the pizza (and the pizza wrapped hot dogs-- those were a HIT!). I also wanted to let you know that I've recommended to Drew, the owner of the camp, that he put you on the preferred vendor list.
